+Optionally, acceptance can be extended to incomplete `URL` implementations that lack `searchParams` (which are common in many modern web browsers):

+const url = new URL('http://domain/?query');
+
+console.log(url.searchParams);  //-> undefined
+
+isURL.lenient(url);  //-> true
+```
